Great 1 bedroom apartment in Shadyside near Bakery Square. At the very end of Walnut Street, you're a two minute walk to Bakery Square or about a 10-15 minute walk or three minute Uber down to all of the Walnut or Ellsworth restaurants and bars. This is a very quiet area in Shadyside, I never hear any late night noise that you might get being further down Walnut.

I am the current tenant but moving out early to get closer to my work (rough commute to my new job). The landlord is aware and is allowing me to look for someone to take on a new lease at the apartment. The lease will either be for one year or through July 31, 2016 if you desire a shorter lease.
